Long Reach. Light Enough To Hold Up.
The 6-inch saw head locks onto a telescopic pole that adds about 1.4–1.5 m of reach. Angle the head to the branch, keep both feet on the ground and let the chain do the work. Built-in oiler, battery start, no fuel.
Extend. Angle. Cut.
Fill the built-in oiler with chain bar oil, click in a charged battery and you're ready.
1Extend The Pole
Set the pole to the length you need and lock it in place.
2Angle The Head
Tilt the cutting head to suit the branch: 0, 30, 60 or 90 degrees.
3Cut From The Ground
Stand to the side of the branch, clear of where it will fall, and let the chain do the work.
Straight Answers
How High Can It Reach?
The telescopic pole adds about 1.4–1.5 m to your reach (the supplier lists 54–60 inches). How high you can cut depends on your height and how you hold it.
What Size Branches Can It Cut?
It's built for pruning, not felling. The 6-inch bar suits small to medium branches, the ones too thick for loppers. Dense, dry hardwood is slower going. For big limbs, trunks or any tree near power lines, call an arborist.
I've Never Used A Chainsaw. Is It Safe?
It's still a chainsaw, so treat it like one. Wear eye protection, gloves and sturdy shoes, hold it with both hands, stand to the side so the branch can't fall on you, and never cut within 3 m of power lines. Read the supplied instructions before first use. Keep it away from children.
How Heavy Is It?
About 1.2 kg as a handheld mini chainsaw and about 2.3 kg with the pole fitted (supplier figures).
Can I Use It Without The Pole?
Yes. Unclip the pole and it works as a handheld 6-inch mini chainsaw for lower branches, prunings and cutting green waste to bin size.
How Long Does A Battery Last?
It depends on the wood and how hard you work it, and the supplier doesn't publish a tested figure, so we won't guess. You get two batteries, so one can charge while you use the other.
Do I Need Chain Oil?
Yes. The saw has a built-in oiler, so fill it with chain bar oil before you start. Oil isn't included; any standard chain bar oil from a hardware store works.
What's In The Garden Value Pack?
The full 2-in-1 pole saw kit plus our cordless electric pruning shears kit, for $259.95 instead of $279.90 bought separately.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Shipping is free, from Australian stock. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
Can I Return It If I Change My Mind?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery; the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Faulty, damaged or not as described: email hello@auro-aus.com.au and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
